- Take minutes of all Executive Board and General Business Meetings of MDMLG.
- Disperse minutes of Executive Board and General Business Meetings at the appropriate meetings. Corrections and additions will be sought.
- Forward all meeting minutes to the MDMLG web master so that the minutes may be available via the website.
- Distribute notices of all meetings, as well as any necessary announcements, to members.
- Prepare MDMLG correspondence upon request of the President.
- Serve as a member of the Election Committee.
- Fax all meeting announcements and minutes to Canadian members.
- Submit a budget projection and expense report.
- Submit an annual report.
- Maintain the Secretary Binder. Submit previous years’ documents to the Archivist.
