Objectives:
Committee Member: Valerie Reid Accomplishments: Five issues of the MDMLG Newsletter (September 2002, November 2002, February 2003, April 2003 and June 2003) were published on the MDMLG web site in conjunction with the MDMLG Communications Committee (http://www.mdmlg.org/members/news.htm). The Announcements for each of the MDMLG Programs were put on the web site, along with the maps / directions to each location and the Evaluation Form (http://www.mdmlg.org/meeting.htm). The Power Point Presentations of one of the speakers was also included. The Meeting Minutes for both the General Membership Meetings and the Executive Board Meetings were mounted on the Members-Only portion of the web site (http://www.mdmlg.org/members/minutes.htm). In addition, the Treasurer's Reports for this fiscal year were included on the Members-Only portion of the web site (http://www.mdmlg.org/members/treasurer.htm). The MDMLG Directory was updated initially in August with current information obtained from the MDMLG Membership Committee, and subsequently updated monthly (http://www.mdmlg.org/members/directory.htm). In addition, the mailing labels file was uploaded monthly. Many other web pages were added to the MDMLG web site: Public Relations Committee Outreach Education Program, Announcements for the CE classes sponsored by MDMLG, and Biographical Sketches for the 2003-2004 Elections. All current MDMLG members were added to the MDMLG-L listserv. The entire MDMLG web site was updated and link-checked last summer. The MDMLG Username and Password for the Members-Only portion of the web site were changed in the fall after the membership renewals were completed. The entire MDMLG web site was archived on CD ROM and submitted to the MDMLG Archives. This procedure will be continued once a year. Work Yet To Be Accomplished: None.
