MDMLG Nominating Committee Annual Report 2006-2007

COMMITTEE CHARGE :

The Nominating Committee is charged with overseeing the MDMLG general election.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES 2006-2007

To nominate candidates for election to the offices of President-elect, Secretary, Public Relations, and Nominating Committee
To conduct the 2006-2007 election for said officers and committee members in accordance with the bylaws
To publicize the results of the 2006-2007 election
To provide materials to the archivist in a timely manner

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Assembled slate of candidates for 2007 elections
Conducted elections
Reviewed committee documentation and bylaws and made recommendations to the President regarding the timing of the committee's work
